 
Ingredients
- 150 gram chocolate, dark
- 350 ml cream
- 3 eggs, separated
Topping
- 1 tbsp hazelnut croquant
- 1 fig
Valentine’s Dessert
Delicious chocolate mousse, made with just three ingredients.
Follow these steps
- 									Melt the chocolate and allow to cool slightly 
- 									Separate the eggs, setting the yolks aside. 
- 									Assemble the Assistant Original with the Beater Bowl and Balloon Whisks. 
- 									Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks. 
- 									Using the same Beater Bowl, add cream and whip until light and airy. 
- 									Whisk the egg yolks and mix with the chocolate. 
- 									Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, gently stirring until smooth. 
- 									Gently fold in the egg whites. 
- 									Divide into serving glasses, letting them cool in the frig for a few hours. 
- 									For serving, top with chopped figs and hazelnuts.
