- 200 ml cream

Turn the Assistent on its side and assemble with the mincer and the 4.5 mm hole disc.

Cut the beef into thick cuts and grind at medium speed, using the plunger to push the beef through.

Mix the beef, parma ham, parmesan, garlic, yellow onion, 2 tbsp of cream, and breadcrumbs until thoroughly combined.

Shape to round meatballs in desired size and fry in butter until they are cooked through.
