Ingredients

  • 500 g beef
  • 50 g finely grated parmesan
  • 50 g parma ham, finely chopped
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 0.5 chopped yellow onion
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Butter for frying
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp Chinese sauce

  1. Turn the Assistent on its side and assemble with the mincer and the 4.5 mm hole disc.

  2. Cut the beef into thick cuts and grind at medium speed, using the plunger to push the beef through.

  3. Mix the beef, parma ham, parmesan, garlic, yellow onion, 2 tbsp of cream, and breadcrumbs until thoroughly combined.

  4. Shape to round meatballs in desired size and fry in butter until they are cooked through.

  5. Add cream, soy and preferred spices.
