Ingredients
- 350 ml water
- 40 ml glucose
- 180 g sugar
- 185 ml fresh pressed lime juice (around 8 limes)
- Optional: ice cubes to cool down the mixture faster
Lime sorbet
Indulge in the delightful flavors of a homemade lime sorbet!

Make sure to put the ice cream container in the freezer for about 24 hours before you will use it

In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, and glucose to heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove it from the stove and let it cool.

Press the limes to get 185 ml juice and strain it

Mix the lime juice with the water and sugar mixture in a bowl

Put the batter in the refrigerator until it is refrigerator cold

Attach the ice cream attachment to the Assistant and insert the cold container

Turn on the Assistant so the ice cream container is rotating, slowly pour the sorbet mix into it and use the slow speed. Let it run for around 30 minutes. Pour into a freezer-safe container with a lid and put it in the freezer for minimum 3 hours.

Remove from freezer 5 min before serving
