Assemble the assistent with the blender

Add ice, juice from the lime, syrup and rum

Mix on high speed until everything is blended

Add sugar on a plate and grate the peel of a lime, stir with a fork

Cut the lime and moisten the edge of the glass with a lime. Dip the edges into the lime / sugar mixture.
