Ingredients

  • 1 kilo minced pork
  • 0.5 kilo minced beef
  • 30 g potato flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 700 ml cold water
  • 0.5 tsp ground white pepper
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground all-spice mix
  • 0.5 tsp ground cloves

Christmas Sausage

Make your own christmas sausage with our mincer and sausage horns.

Food

    Follow these steps

  1. Rinse the sausage casings and leave them in cold water for about 1 hour.

  2. Assemble the Assistent Original with the Mincer.

  3. Mince the pork with hole disc 4.5 mm.

  4. Then mince the beef with hole disc 4.5 mm.

  5. Assemble the Assistent Original with the stainless steel bowl, dough roller and dough knife.

  6. Mix the pork, beef and the spices together with the water.

  7. If desired, mince the sausage mixture through the Mincer again.

  8. Assemble the Assistent Original with the Mincer and sausage horns and start the machine on low/medium speed.

  9. Tie when the first sausage casing comes out.

  10. Remember to tie two knots between each sausage to be able to split them later.
