Ankarsrum Assistent Original – Coral Crush

Love my new Ankarsrum! First use and my bread dough was perfect. Second use, it perfectly whipped cream in under a minute. The only thing I don’t like is when using the plastic bowl with the center “tower,” it’s near impossible to manually fold in later ingredients. The tower is in the way. Other than that, this machine and its design is sheer genius.

Time will tell if this stands the test of…well, time, lol. So far, the ank has been nothing short of wonderful. It’s a luxury, and one that I am grateful to be able to afford. I have never been able to knead dough well, and have been baking gummy, dense bread my entire life (much to my family’s chagrin). Now, I bake almost every single day, and my kitchen is a source of joy instead of a place I make frequent mistakes in, lol.

The machine itself is heavy, sturdy, and wonderful. I wish the plastic cookie bowl were metal, because the metal cookie bowl that you can buy separately is hard to find. Other than that, it’s quiet, built well, and works amazingly. Simple to use, just trust the machine and let it work its magic. Watch some videos on how to use it so you’re ready when it arrives, and prepare to be amazed!!

I looked at so many reviews and researched so many different mixers. I make lots of bread including sourdough and have always been a Kitchenaid fan. I had purchased a larger pro model from them and was super unhappy with the motor and its inability to even mix up a double batch of cookie dough without struggling. I had 2 other Kitchaid Tlt Stand Mixers for over 30 years, but I feel they are now inferiorly made. I finally decided that the Ankarrum was for me and took the plunge. I was super excited for it to come and ordered it out of my comfort zone in the sunny yellow. I am over the moon in love with it! I heard there was a learning curve but I have little to no issues with it! I have used the dough hook and the roller many times in the last week! I can’t say enough! It handled my sourdough quadruple batch without any problems! I am amazed! I cannot stop finding things to make in it, it’s so wonderful! And cleanup is a breeze! Wish I knew about this magic machine a long time ago! Thank you

This is a new appliance for me and so far I give this an A+. The learning curve I had read about is an easy curve. Making bread is much less labor intensive and making cookies an other treats is a breeze. This appliance is worth it

I’m in love with my ankarsrum. the machine is sturdy and extremely versatile -I use it several times per week making fresh milled bread cookies cinnamon rolls cakes. love the timer feature. I have purchased the attachment package and have made country sausage ground beef and homemade pasta and tonight I used the mixer for the first time wow it’s fantastic. I have been bragging so much about my ankarsrum my sister bought one too she very much liked hers as well

I bake with fresh milled flour and my other mixer struggled with bread. Fresh milled flour is a bit tougher on a mixer, but the Ank handles it exceptionally well. Whether you are making one loaf or many loaves, the Ank makes the BEST bread. My dough has never been so soft and supple. I love the way it feels in my hands when it’s done kneading. The open bowl is a dream for adding ingredients and seeing the progress of your dough. You can see and feel the quality of this machine and it’s pretty on my counter.

An unbelievable machine; one I’ve waited to own for years. The detail addition of the attached spatula is ingenious! My doughs and batters come out perfectly. I enjoy baking so much.

I love this product. My husband purchased it for me, for my 70th birthday. I have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, and it helps me tremendously. It truly is a wonderful kitchen assistant! I am a professional chef for over 40 years. i bought the ankarsrum machine for my home. it is the best machine i have used for making breads. very easy to use i would highly recommend it

I absolutely love my Ankarsrum for making bread. There are plenty of accessories you can buy and so many things it can do. It is so much more durable than any mixer I have owned in the past. I would have given five stars but I feel it is lacking on instructions on how to use the various attachments.

The machine is worth it. The other name brands don’t come close once you purchase and utilize this. It works at a commercial level when it comes to getting the job done in a consumer grade body and capacity. I would highly recommend it to anyone that can afford it.

I simply love my new Ankarsrum mixer. I’ve used it several times for both bread and cookies. So easy to use and produces the most wonderful results. Breads rise high and are so soft and cookies turn out just right. I’m so glad that I bit the bullet and finally invested in one.
