How to make your own smoothies with Ankarsrum
Green Smoothie x2
Ingredients
1 lemon (juice)
1 avocado
60 g broccoli & 65 g spinach
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 bundle fresh mint
1 tsp honey
200-300 ml Apple and lemon juice
Fresh Raspberries & Chia Pudding
Squeeze lemon i citrus presss
Mix lemon juice with apple juice
Assemble the assistent with the blender
Add all the ingredients, except for chia pudding and raspberries)
Mix on medium speed
Add some raspberries in the bottom of a glass bottle
Fill with the green smoothie
Put in the fridge and save for later
Add the chia pudding in the bottom of another glass bottle
Fill with green smoothie
Top with fresh raspberries
Prepare the smoothies at the same time and save one for later
