Ingredients
- 3.5 oz butter
- 2 st egg
- 0.75 cups sugar
- 1 oz saffron
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.75 cup milk
Nutella topping
- 8.5 oz icing sugar
- 2.5 oz butter (room temperature)
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 5.5 oz Philadelphia cheese
- 200 gram nutella
Saffron cupcakes with Nutella frosting.
Chocolate and saffron - two good things that both fit the Christmas party. We have baked saffron cupcakes with Nutella frosting. Guaranteed to be appreciated by both adults and children.

Oven temperature 200 °C (392 °F).

Assemble the assistent with beater bowl and balloon whisks.

Mix eggs, sugar and saffron until it is fluffy.

Melt butter and add to the egg and sugar paste.

Mix flour, vanilla powder and baking powder. Change to the cookie whisks and let them carefully blend the flour mix together with the egg mix.

Fill up the cupcakes up to 3/4 with the paste and bake them 12-15 min. Let them cool.

Mix all ingrediencies in the beater bowl. Use the cookie whisks.

Decorate your cupcakes with the topping and your choice of sprinkles.
