• Balloon whisks – for ideal fluffiness!
• Use the ballon whisks when whisking loose mixes such as meringue, cream, eggs or sponge cake mix.
• Volume capacity: cream (0.1-0.8 litre), egg whites (2-20 eggs), pancake batter (0.5-2.5 litre), sponge cake mix (1-3 measures).
• Use the cookie beater when you want to make a batter or simple dough that is butter based, for example pie dough or cookie dough.
• The beater bowl and the beaters must be used with room temperature or melted butter.
• The beater bowl can withstand heat and is excellent for making Italian meringue.
