Ingredients
- 270 gram flour
- 90 gram sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 200 gram butter (room temperature)
- 150 gram Raspberry jam
Raspberry cookies
Invite your friends or family over for some home made raspberry cookies.

Set the oven to 200 °C (392 f).

Assemble your assistent with whisk bowl and use the cookie beaters.

Add all dry ingrediencies to the whisk bowl. Add the room temperate butter. Work the cookie dough in the assistant. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Make small round balls of the dough and place them in small muffin paper cups.

Make a hole with the thumb in each ball and fill the hole with Raspberry jam.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
