Mincer Basic Package

Ankarsrum Mincer allows you select your favorite custom grind for meat, poultry, fish and legumes, ideal for everything from sausages to hamburgers and falafel. The Assistent Original’s strong and powerful motor grinds small to large quantities quickly and smoothly.

Made in Sweden to the highest quality standards, the Mincer Basic Package includes a mincer, three sausage horns (10/20/25 mm), feeder table, feeder plug, perforated disc (4.5 mm) and splash guard. In addition, three additional perforated discs are available for purchase for different grinding degrees.

The Ankarsrum Mincer Basic Package gives you the control of texture of your burgers, sausages, falafel and more.
