Grain Mill

With the Ankarsrum Grain Mill, you can enjoy freshly ground, aromatic ingredients that elevate your baking, cooking and beverages. Attach the mill to your Ankarsrum Assistent Original and grind grains, coffee beans, or dried herbs to your exact specifications. 

The versatile design allows you to adjust the grind from coarse to fine (0.25 – 0.45mm) by turning the control knob counterclockwise for coarse grind and clockwise for fine grind. This makes it easy to tailor the grind to your favorite recipes, whether baking bread or brewing coffee. The hopper holds up to 1.25 kg of unground ingredients at a time.

Fresh flour gives your bread a richer, more natural flavor, while freshly ground coffee enhances every cup. Best of all, you know exactly what goes into your ingredients so you can enjoy cooking and baking with the highest quality ingredients. The Grain Mill is designed for dry ingredients only.
