The mincer model is marked ”8” or ”10” on the reverse of the 4 bladed knife.
Mincer model 8 was produced 1945-1978. A complete meat mincer model 8 fits all mchine models. But mincer model 8’s accessories (hole discs, knife, sausage horn, grater, cookie attachment, pasta discs etc.) do not fit modern mincers (model 10) because the diameter is different. No replacement parts are available for mincer model 8. Mincer model 10 is our current model and has been since 1978. A complete meat mincer model 10 fits all machine models, from the oldest to the present N30.
