Homemade Burgers

BURGERS

 

Ingredients
Meat of beef
Chicken

You need:
Mincer
Hole disk 4,5
Hole disk 6

Assemble the assistent with the mincer
Cut the meat in stripes
Use hole disk 4,5 mm
Start the machine on low speed
Put the meat in the machine
Clean the mincer

Cut the chicken in stripes
Use hole disk 6 mm
Start the machine on low speed
Put the chicken in the machine
Clean the mincer

Make burgers
Season with salt & pepper

 

 

Serve with all your favourite side dishes
