Applesauce
Ingredients
1 liter Red apples
90 g sugar
0.5 pinches Ascorbic acid
Cut the apples
Put them in a baking pan
Pour the sugar over the apples
Set oven to 200°C (393 °F)
Put in oven for about 30-35 minutes
Assemble the assistent with the Strainer
Place a large bowl under the machine
Mash the apples
Add Ascorbic acid & stir
Let cool
Fill a jar with the applesauce
Eat right away or save for later!
