The basic package is what we call the package you buy that contains the Assistent Original machine. In addition to an Assistent Original, it includes a 7-litre bowl, dough roller, dough hook, dough knife, spatula, proving lid, 3.5-litre whisking bowl, balloon whisks and pastry whisks. You also get our excellent recipe book, containing brilliant recipes and inspiration.
