Vegetable cutter

The vegetable cutter for Assistent Original is an indispensable tool for grating, slicing, and chopping vegetables with ease and perfect for creating potato gratin, salads, coleslaw and more. The vegetable cutter includes three drums: medium coarse grating drum, slicing drum and coarse grating drum.

Blender with tamper

The blender attachment is designed to handle everything from pureeing sauces to mixing hummus and smoothies. With a 1.3 -liter capacity, it is ideal for all your blending needs, whether you want to make sauces, purees, or fresh drinks. The robust design makes it a reliable and durable, ready to be used day after day.

Citrus press

Easily to extract the juice from oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit, perfect for making freshly squeezed juice, or when you need the juice for baking. It also holds up to 1.2 liters. Experiment with different flavor combinations and discover new favorites.

Pasta roller - lasagna

Impress your dinner guests with homemade pasta. The pasta roller creates sheets of pasta that are 145 mm wide and adjustable in thickness from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, ideal for lasagna, ravioli and more. Ankarsrum's pasta attachments are manufactured by Italian Marcato, who have over 80 years of experience creating high quality pasta tools. In addition to the pasta roller, Ankarsrum offers pasta cutters – spaghetti (2mm), fettuccine (6mm) and lasagnette (10mm).

Ice cream maker

Easily make delicious homemade ice cream, sorbet, gelato, and frozen yogurt with the freshest ingredients. The package includes a freezer bowl, a lid, and a spatula. The freezer bowl has a capacity of 700g of ingredients, for 1.5L of finished ice cream. Place the freezer bowl in the freezer for 20-24 hours before use.

Mincer basic package

Take your cooking to the next level with Ankarsrum's mincer. Use it for grinding meat, poultry, fish, and legumes, ideal for everything from sausages to hamburgers and fishcakes. The basic package includes a mincer, three sausage horns (10/20/25 mm), feeder table, feeder plug, perforated disc (4.5 mm) and splash guard. In addition, three additional perforated discs are available for purchase for different grinding degrees.
