Ingredients
Mud cake
- 175 gram butter
- 3 st eggs
- 225 gram sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2260 gram flour
- 2 st apples
Cinnamon tosca
- 100 gram butter
- 2261 gram sugar
- 2 tbp milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp milled cinnamon
- 150 gram almond chips
Mud pie with apples
Use your apples to make a tasty and creamy dessert.

Set oven to 175°C (347 °F). Put parchment paper on a pie plate, 22-24 cm

Melt the butter.

Peel and grate the apples roughly.

Assemble the Assistent with beater bowl and balloon whisks

Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Add the butter.

Add the apples and pour into the pie plate.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cake and raise the heat to 225 °C (437 °F)

Make the tosca by melting the butter in a sauce pan.

Add sugar, milk, flour and cinnamon. Allow to boil for a few minutes.

Add almond and add the tosca evenly over the dough cake.

Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cake is colored. Allow to cool in the pie plate.
