Ingredients
200 ml milk
150 ml cream
4 eggs
90 g sugar
500 g raspberries
Add milk & cream into a sauce pan
Heat to 37 C (98 F)
Assemble with beater bowl and balloon whisks
Add the eggs
Add the sugar
Start the machine on medium speed
Add the milk and cream
Whisk on medium speed
Mash the raspberries
Add the raspberries in the bowl
Whisk on medium speed
Assemble with the ice cream machine
Add the batter in the bowl
Run the machine for 20 minutes
Enjoy!
