Focaccia
Ingredients
25 g fresh yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp, dry active yeast)
1.75 cup water (400 ml)
0.25 cup olive oil (50 ml)
4.5 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
Fresh rosemary & sea salt
Add yeast
Add water
Add salt
Add olive oil
Add honey
Start the machine on medium speed
Add flour, little at a time
Let the dough rise for 40 min
Put the dough in a baking pan
Let rise again for 30 min
Make holes with your fingers
Add olive oil, rosemary and sea salt
Set oven to 225°C (435°F)
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 min
Voilà – Dinner is served.
